Emma was absolutely lovely and super helpful, as I am new to website design and have only done it for my business, Emma had gone above and beyond to help me get my website to the level I needed for my business to thrive.

When a form is submitted, the app creates a new shopify customer, and tags it with a custom tag. thanks for the quick and kind support.

I've had to update my feedback today. I have been in contact with Support with 30 minute now passed and NO REPONSE. Say's support is online but that is not correct.

My resent experience is that a form gets broken and that i ask for assistants, they look into it and say it working fine, i check, and guess what they fix it and say 'How funny, its working'...really come on really? I just tested it 2-3 minutes ago.

My issue is related to Customer Sign Up form... In the past 6 days i have NOT gain 1 customer sign up until I looked tested it myself.

RESULT: From a business perspective, you know what this means? Lost of customers = Lost of revenue.....

They will ask for a postive feedback, just wait and see the APP first over time and you'll change you feedback.....

Im now going to change to another APP and they will no longer recieve my money for this APP.

I use the application on many of my accounts. It is very easy to edit and use. Easy to install. The support part is also at a very high level. When I had a problem they responded quickly. You can use it with peace of mind.

Really great app that has functionality I couldn't find in other Contact Form apps. Working with Emma and the team is really easy and they make changes quickly and easily.

We use a custom theme so app integration is usually quite difficult however, with the support from the Developers it's been really easy :)

Fixed my issue within minutes, and submissions are back to normal!

Very helpful app! I found many useful forms (especially Shopify registration form). Even free version very useful and have plenty of options. Support fast and helpful. Setup is easy. What can I cay? I'm glad I found this app - great help for my store!
