Powerful Contact Form Builder

I am extremely shock and angry that this app do not pass user's messages to our email address. That's ridiculous! We will never find out we received so many messages untill we login this app, it suppose to forward these messages to our email so that we can reply!!! Unbelieveable!!! We missed our customers messages!!

Before install this app, I did read some of the reviews and people are talking about how are they really appreciate with this app support team. After I installed the app I was need a huge support about some of the important topics for us. And these support theme were amazing they are fixed our problems perfectly in 1 day wow! They were respond us so quickly, they are so professional. Thank you so much!

This form builder provide lots of features/options and should fit most user case. It will be nice if ther's a field type for adding custom JS to add more logic to the form.

Super simple, had it up and running in last than an hour. first customer submission was 3.5 minutes later and they even mentioned how easy it was to submit.

Very simple, intuitive app to create any type of form. I added a Request a Quote in a product page and their support team helped me add it quickly with very little coding required. Excellent helpful customer support!

I used Porwerful Form to build a simple form on the store. So easy to use and when i ran into issues, i was able to get assistance instantly. Still testing out the free plan but will definitely consider upgrading.
