追記：使用してしばらく経ちましたが日本語に対応したりとかなり便利になりました。サポートも早く日本語でサポーター（エマさん）さんに丁寧に対応してくれました。

This has been the easiest app to use BY FAR on the Shopify app store. The developers are SUPER responsive and are adding new features that I specifically need. The app works flawlessly and I love the fact that you can create a new customer in Shopify right within the contact form. Before, we had to do this manually which was way too much busy work. 100% recommend this app for any of your client onboarding needs!

This app is great! It allows us to place a registration form on our login page so perspective customers can apply for an account with us. The info gets sent to us in a email and automatically sets them up as a customer in our shopify store. I had an issue with the setup but Sarah was very helpful and got everything fixed quickly for us. Very pleased with this app and highly recommend!

We were desperately looking for the right app that would assist our needs in integrating our data with Omnisend and we must say we are extremely pleased with this app, allows us to add custom properties and tags for each form. The integration process is simple and easy. The support team is extremely fast and on top of their correspondence. We are extremely pleased with this app and the support team.

Tricky to get onto storefront but team were helpful and efficient, Emma was who sorted it for me and I found them to be great!
