Easy to use app, More important is the responsive customer service to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this to anyone needing forms generated for their store.
Very helpful app.
Also team is very supportive and they resolved our issue on immediate basis.

Does exactly what we need it to do, looks great, and super easy to set up. I have 2 websites and use it for both.
The app is really good and easy to use. I tried many other form builders but this one is the easiest to use.
I had the pleasure of having Emma from Globe helping me fully set up my contact form she was very helpful and fast too. She helped so much and even revised some things for me to make it look even better than expected. I would recommend this app to everyone !
