I was looking for an app to customize the registration form for my B2B clients. This app is exactly what I was looking for: very easy to use (no coding required) + the customer support is very responsive.
This app has been a life saver for my business! I need to get lots of submissions and informations from many different groups of people, and this app helped organize everything I need. I will continue to use this app as long as my business is active :) Oh, on top of that, when I have questions or need assistance, it's easy to reach out to the app developers and get the help I need. Thank you so much.
So far this app has been really helpful and we'll see how it goes down the road! We are just getting started but seems great so far.
App facilissima da installare. Il supporto è stato gentilissimo ad aiutarci a risolvere un bug anche se abbiamo solo la versione di prova. Consigliata!
I used this app to help me create a form that customers can upload files and it works great. I would recommend this app.
Works great, the interface is good and intuitive, looks beautiful on the site. I had some minor trouble with some colors not looking as I wanted them to... support team fixed it in less then 12 hours. Overall great app and great team.

Easy to use app, More important is the responsive customer service to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this to anyone needing forms generated for their store.
