Generally looks powerful on the surface, and lots of options, but the ability to customize the forms is absolutely abysmal. Ended up having to write custom CSS to do something as simple as change the background colors of the text fields. Not to mention support is absolutely terrible - they respond to me at 2am CT, meaning there can be no meaningful dialog.

Look elsewhere for a form plugin

Emma at Globo really helped me complete the installation of the form builder on my site and I am very happy with the results. My registration form may be free, but the value is great for me. Thank you!

Quick in response and effective in solution.

Form interface is user friendly and does what we expect it to do. One of the best things about this app is that it automatically syncs form customer to be registered as Shopify Customer with all inputs included (if mapped properties match). It saves a lot of time and as a merchant, we can start a email marketing campaign with these form customers right away even they did not sign up on the website. Customer service Emma and Tracy were very helpful to solve any custom code issues I had. Overall very happy with this app.
