For the most part this is the best form build on Shopify that has the advanced functionality we need. Plus it integrates with Active Campaign. We experience bugs when they were making updates their app. However, the support team has been helpful. Think it's a good app for the cost!

We were desperately looking for the right app that would assist our needs in integrating our data with Omnisend and we must say we are extremely pleased with this app, allows us to add custom properties and tags for each form. The integration process is simple and easy. The support team is extremely fast and on top of their correspondence. We are extremely pleased with this app and the support team.

Brilliant app, which recently got even better. The interface is clean. The process of creating forms is very efficient, and the amount of features provided is excellent. The generated forms render well on all platforms, incl. smart phones. Users that run multiple web sites will appreciate the export/import feature, and we love the ability to create conditional hidden fields, that even can be used to send the form contents to different email addresses, depending on selections made on the form.
You get all that - and excellent customer service - for free!
