Absolutely fabulous, super easy to use, and powerful! Your customizable forms allowed us to create and capture unique data from our customers while on the checkout page. OMG! We are grateful beyond words!

My go-to form builder app for Shopify! The name says it all, a very capable form builder with bucketloads of functionality. Conditional logic, multi-page forms, custom routing and more. My only (minor) gripe would be not being able to change the curly-brace names of the fields themselves but not a deal breaker.

this app is very useful and does exactly what i need it to do. very simple and straightforward. my clients have an easy time using this app and building forms takes some time but its still very simple and easy to understand.
