had an issue getting it to display, however live chat had it sorted within 10 minutes, now to go and try it out

60% of the app simply doesn't work. They messed up my theme then I had to clean up my theme.liquid + additional script in snippets. I would rather prefer to have Jotform or any other form app and pay some fee than this.

Form building is lacking a few options but overall works well. The staff was quick to help with any issues.
