We've been using this contact form app for some time now, and it has proven to be exceptionally flexible and robust. The app offers a wide range of fields and settings, which can be tailored to fit any needs. One of its standout features is the integration with numerous email services, allowing for emails to be sent from our domain.

Additionally, the ability to export and import all forms has been a game changer, especially for setting up across our multistore—it saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort. We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.
