Powerful Contact Form Builder

We've been using this as a customer survey/submission form. It's been a great app with great functionality and fantastic support!

The forms let me do what I need to do (love the customizations) and whenever I've contacted support, they are prompt to respond and help us out. I REALLY appreciate that. The only "con" I have to this app is that if you use GoDaddy's email platform, they tend to filter this developers no-reply email as SPAM and it can take some creative ways to get around that (but it can be done!).

The support response was helpful and effective in resolving the issue immediately. My issues were handled by an operator named Emma, who was very friendly and quick to respond. I was pleased with the service.

Cool app, great support. Helped me setup a nice form to collect the information we need to process alteration credits. Other form builders do not support a number of the features and options they have.
