Love it !! Really works well when customers needs to contact me. No glitch and no problems so far like I had with others apps.

I liked the app. Easy to use, and pocket friendly with a free plan. I definitely suggest this to anyone looking for a forms app on Shopify.

Used to create application forms. This is very good app. Inexpensive, but very full featured. Also, if you have any questions, the support chat is very helpful and polite. This app is used by many users, and I think it is because it is worth it.
