This form builder is incredibly simple and easy to set up on your website, even without prior web knowledge. It's user-friendly and serves its purpose well. The customer care, especially Emma, is quick and reliable when it comes to resolving any issues.

The only recommendation I would make is to regularly check the forms and ensure that emails are being received, especially if they’re set to forward to an admin or catchall email address. Occasionally, the form may disconnect due to unforeseen and minor technical issues. However, the support team is always prompt in addressing and fixing these problems.
