Really impressed with how personalized and detailed you can make these forms!! A few things became a little messy aesthetically and I was unable to come to a conclusion to fix these myself so I reached out to the team for assistance. It was all sorted within 2 days, i just had to be super specific about exactly the changes I wanted to have made and this was a little tedious but at the end of the day- I am now loving the results. Hope to see the forms function well after having them go live today.

Either way i know i will be able to reach out to the team for personalized help pretty quickly.

I’ve been using the app for two months, but in the past week or two, this issue has occurred twice where the app is not functioning. The first time it happened, technical support responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. However, today when the problem reoccurred, I tried reaching out to support through every available contact method, but unfortunately, I was unable to get in touch with them.

In such an urgent situation, not being able to immediately contact support has caused a complete standstill in our operations. It’s been a very frustrating experience, and I’m now seriously considering switching to a different app that might offer more reliable support.
