The app is great for my website. The staff are really helpful and added in a new form to product page. They make sure it’s working correctly and meets your standards. Very quick to respond and will definitely continue using the app on my store

Fantastic form app. I tried this one after a few others completely failed me, and I was very surprised at how easy it is to set up. The free version is fully functioning and works perfectly. Emma at support was super-helpful when I reached out and asked for the form to be styled to match my site. Now it looks great too! I highly recommend this app over any of the other form apps.

In only a couple of days they promptly jumped on my issue. The communication was strong and all done in a timely fashion. Very happy with their customer service.
