I just installed this form builder for my store and got stuck with some small integration issue but as soon as i contacted their support they replied me instantly and solved my problem the help person name was Emma that manually took over the access and really helped me out.
Really satisfied with the instant support plus the app UI is also easy to use and making forms and taking submissions from customers is very easy.
All in all great app
