I just wanted to add a simple contact collection form for a freebie download. It was easy to create and add to a page in Shopify. It also automatically integrates contacts into my customers list for email marketing. I did need to email tech support to customize my fonts but they were so helpful and did the work really quickly (and for free). I have the free version so it does display "powered by GloboForm" but I don't mind since this is for a one-time Zoom event and not my main newsletter form.
I highly recommend using this app. I had an integration related issue and their team supported me so well!

I wanted to include images in our form which works like a mini quiz and they had it done within 24hrs. Amazing app and Emma was such a great help.
Support quickly resolved an issue with had with the form, an in general we've had very few issues where support was needed.
Excellent app! It was easy to set up, although I did need some assistance. Luckily, Emma from the support team quickly helped me solve the issue. I highly recommend it!
