This is the best free contact form without a doubt. Fairly customisable and looks great. Would definitely recommend. Update: App has been and still works very well. Was able to remove the logo free of charge by simply emailing support. I am very happy with my experience. :)

This app does exactly what we want. We can customise the form to have the fields we want. They are multiple options to choose from. We can also customise both the customer and admin email. The customer service is fast and friendly and get any issues solved quickly.
I got this app to create a form for custom orders. I love the layout and hopefully it will work as expected once I start getting orders. It was a little difficult to link to my website but their support team was awesome. Sarah was quick to get back to me with a solution and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone needing to create the form. Oh and I was able to do all of this using their free plan. If it works as expected, I will be upgrading to the paid plan so I can remove the branding. Not a deal breaker but I'd be willing to pay for that just to give my site a more professional look.
I am using the free plan but requested a change to be able to send email as another address as I use an Alias on my Google mail. The change was done almost immediately by the developer. Fantastic support!
