Powerful Contact Form Builder

This is truly the best forms app available. In terms of features available, it cannot be beat. I needed the following: ability to both embed a form or put a bubble in the corner of the screen that someone can click to open the form, ability to change the “sent from” email address on submission emails, ability to change the name on submission emails, confirmation emails sent to customers, reply-to email address is the customer’s email address (so I can quickly respond without copy/pasting their email in the to field).
Lastly, this is a huge feature: integration with shopify and Klaviyo (and I’m sure others, but these are the two I use) allow you to map a field in the form to the marketing consent field in shopify/klaviyo. This is a huge feature missing in other apps, as it seems others allow you to add all submissions to the marketing list, but are missing that conditional consent feature. If you want to only subscribe those that consent, you're out of luck.
And I’m sure there’s other features I’m using that I’m forgetting about right now. This app was able to do all of this.
The configuration did take some figuring out and contact with support. Support is quick to respond and very helpful.
The price is extremely reasonable for this app. I am able to do all this with the Premium subscription. Highly recommend!

This app is the best bang for your buck I think. Most rich features for the lowest price. I won’t lie I wish it had more features to better suit my needs but honestly plenty of other apps didn’t have all the features I needed and they were way more expensive. This app still has plenty of features to really customize but where they really shine is their customer service is almost immediate. Best bang for your buck and customer service is always there to help
