We have been using Powerful Contact Form Builder for several years, and the app has consistently performed well. Support has always been prompt and efficient; Emma recently assisted us and resolved our issue very quickly. Excellent service.
Great app for building custom forms — we used it to create a full B2B wholesale inquiry form with conditional fields, file uploads, and email notifications, and it handled everything we needed. We ran into a couple of small bugs along the way (an email delivery issue and a display glitch on desktop), but their support team, especially Emma, was incredibly responsive and got both fixed quickly. Really appreciate the fast, hands-on help. Highly recommend if you need a flexible form builder with solid support behind it.
This is a great form app, we have been using it really happily for 2 years. But I have only needed customer support now, when bots have started to use it to register in huge amounts; Emma was fast to amend my settings, but also showed me how in case I needed to do the same on other forms. Brilliant service, thank you.
