Created My forms in minutes, had one small issue but Ashu helped.
UPDATE: not even two weeks later I was sent a email claming based on feedback from customers like me it is more beneficial to remove the free basic tier and they are charging two different price plans. I was given one day notice about it. The inconvenience of having to set this up only for them to contact me out the blue and say this is just not good.

This app definitely solved the needs I needed for custom forms on my site. I was able to create the forms I needed easily and it has custom abilities as well. Customer service assisted me in locating where to customize using CSS. I like the feature of tracking submissions as well.

Wow, completely removed the free plan available which was ideal for small businesses and now charge a monthly fee like every other booking form on this app store. No warning, no update just an instant change that's blocked the form from use without paying. Ridiculous.

Great App and even better customer service. I have generated a form to receive CV's for work candidates and MAG has been a great decision. Easy to set and clean layout. Recommend it!
