Form Builder-MyAppGurus is a very flexible app. It is a joy to use and I also appreciate the fact that it's completely free.
I wanted to do some tinkering and didn't realize that it allows for that with a custom CSS-box. The guys from support were very diligent in pointing me to the right place. Problem solved within minutes. I would highly recommend this app!

So happy with the app and the service from the support team! Amazingly quick response time, I had my changes sorted within an hour of adding the app. I also found that I had to add an element to the form, then go back out, then back into that element before my edits would save. But overall, the form looks excellent and it was FREE! Completely brilliant.

Simple and very effective form builder. The guide was very clear and any issue I had, customer support was there and quick with solutions. If you're looking for a free alternative to some off these over complicated apps, this is your best pick.

Used there form builder app, very easy to use and customise exactly how I wanted. I had an issue because I'm using a specific theme where all the pages are linked so adding the theme to one page added it to all but I got in contacted with them and over a google meet call they solved this for me very quickly. Great customer service thanks
