Fantastic form application. Allows us to create a form approval workflow. We are also able to approve and reject customers and notify customers by email if their registration has been approved or rejected by email. Very good app, nice form features and easy to build options. We had an issue with one of our forms and received clear, quick help from the developer. Recommended!

Form doesn't get emailed to the email addresses - even though it has been configured to. Sent a message to their support over a week ago and no response. This is a paid app and I would expect better. I now have to uninstall this app, find a new one, and rebuild all the forms. Do not recommend.

Have been using this app for over year and its been great. Simple and clean.
