Great app and does exactly what we need! Our theme was not supported yet but the customer service was 10/10 and they implemented our theme in their app and a few hours later, we were able to start using the Contact Forms

It's a fantastic App; I seriously have nothing to complain about! It works perfectly, integrates with the theme automatically and has dynamic forms based on logic! Also, the support was amazingly fast.

Hat gut funktioniert und relativ einfach zu bedienen; Preis ist auch fair. Ein paar mehr Designoptionen wären schön, aber ansonsten empfehlenswert!
Be careful with this app.
I used it because it was free before.
But, all at once without prior notice or notification by email or via the app. He simply added paid plans and limited the features and added branding to the form page.
to those who had already acquired it for FREE.
I don't mind if he charges for the service. he must charge, he has costs. But it's wrong to change the features of those who already purchased the app when it was free.
The danger with this app is that you don't know what will happen the next day, you don't know if it will increase the price or restrict you from its features and require you to pay more to use the service you already had.
I'm stopping using it.
I prefer to use an app that takes we, users seriously and respectfully

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Ensuring Formful remains high-quality and continually evolves does necessitate certain costs, which led to the introduction of paid plans beside the free version.
Also, I promise not change the pricing for existing users that already have a paid plan in the future.
I am learning from this and will ensure better communication in the future.

Saved me $10USD pm by installing this app. The Shopify native form builder isn't robust enough to handle the info I need for my store.
I love that the emails to my team AND the customer can be customised, and the drag & drop form builder is super simple.
Support was very quick to assist when I had a question. Impressive!
It would be great to have the functionality to duplicate forms, and then edit those. It's a quick process though, so I'm super grateful.

Very easy to use and Super responsive to questions. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to create an easy to use form.
We are using this app for multiple clients who need costum forms.
Very operational and easy to Setup.
If you need help (Like in our case there was a theme that was not in the styling list yet)
This got solved within the 24 hours.
And for all the other small problems the live chat is a great feature.
