I've been using this form app on my Shopify store for a while now. It's straightforward to set up and integrates well with the platform. The customization options are sufficient for my needs, and I appreciate the simplicity of the design. It does what it's supposed to do without any unnecessary complications. Extremely good and exactly what you need to create the best forms.

Especially great is that the styling is taken directly from the theme. Thus, the form fits perfectly into the store without having to configure anything. I was a bit skeptical but it works perfectly.

The drag and drop builder is intuitive to use and the forms can be easily created according to your own ideas. There are a lot of fields available - everything you need. There is even a Product Autosuggest field so that the customer can search for and select a product within the form. Very interesting for product-specific questions, for example.

Google reCAPTCHA can also be connected with one click.

I've been in contact with support and I'm thrilled. The support answered fast and helped me immediately. No wishes left open!
