A Very nice Live Chat App that was very easy to install and very helpful in connecting with my website visitors and answer all their questions while they browse the website! A must have for your website!! I Absolutely love it & recommend it!

I tried a ton of different chat apps and customer service apps. I didn't really like any of them. Now, this app, I like. Formilla is easy to use, easy to install and I can use a phone app to chat with customers as well. So, I don't need to sit at my desk 24/7. Well If I had a life I wouldn't need to. I can at least walk the dogs whenever I want without worrying about missing something important.

Find it very easy to use. This tool attracted more clients and made them buy more products from my online store!

Works well, but (to my understanding) messages received while agents are offline don't have a contact option, so I'm not sure how we would get back to them. Otherwise very happy with how the app works!
