This is a wonderful app with outstanding support. I've been using their service on my store for almost a year and recently installed it on my other store. No problems whatsoever and my sales also increased. Absolutely brilliant. Keep up the good work!

Update: 7/27/22: Yossi keeps adding and removing replies to this review. Clearly rather than working on fixing his Customer or Retailer Support, he would rather mess with this honest review of his service and customer care. I have received more emails from several members of their team now, clearly trying to get me to remove this review. Including Yossi, who keeps that I’m not replying to his emails, which I have. I hired my own developer to remove their code. (This was my initial request via email WEEKS AGO.) I did receive an email saying that they scanned my website after I removed their code and that they have now magically fixed the problem that they used my customers as part of their testing. (Read below.) I still stand by the fact that I would not recommend this service to anyone. Update: 7/24/22: I see there is a response (Update: 7/27/22 Now Removed) that I didn't respond to their emails. But I have replied to every email that Yossi has sent, including his email / comment saying that I am a liar and that this review makes him “Look Bad.” I wish they would just have another teammate reach out rather than throwing salt on an open wound... Original Review: It Doesn't Work. This is their new app as their old app was going to be automatically removed on July 31st, 2022. I initially reached out to remove the app and branding. I was promised that the app would be better after the update and that I should be patient and wait a bit longer... which I did. I installed this new app via a link that Yossi Klein sent me via email and was told it was working. It wasn't. within a day of installing this new App It charges the customers in their system but doesn't move orders from the checkout into the orders page or mark it as paid. So I had no way to know that I had unhappy customers until they started emailing in asking what was going on with their order. And Yossi Klein, via their customer support, has done nothing to help with this matter. Several times, I've also requested to remove their branding and have gotten zero support. I have asked that they refund these customers but have gotten no reply as of yet. I would say DO NOT USE FOUR. Go for another Buy Now Pay Later app and have happier customers and fewer headaches.

I installed the Four app to use as a merchant for my business. I was a bit confused on how to get it started and reached out to customer service. They helped me by setting up a google meeting and walked me through the whole process of getting started. Everything is running smooth now. Very satisfied with the app and service I received.
