Foursixty Shoppable Social UGC

Three days before launching our (previously M2) store on Shopify we ran into an issue with our existing UGC partner and had to find a new solution FAST. We reached out to Foursixty and were on the phone with them within minutes. They guided us through multiple on-site gallery installations, and trained us on how to use their product before the end of the day. Our account rep was so lovely and helpful and took personal time to check on us throughout the weekend. We launched with great success and on time. We’ve never experienced better customer service, a true partner. Their product matches their service. It’s easy to use, customizable, and the Shopify App integration is top notch. Foursixty is a great app and allows you to seamlessly integrate your site with Instagram. The customer service is amazing especially Dan. He responds within hours and is so helpful. We are a very small team with no inhouse developer so he has always helped us by jumping on the site and adding whatever changes or updates are needed.
