We've been using foursixty for 4 years or so and I have to say its a great tool and allows our customers to shop in a very visual way vs the traditional navigation of a website. We can see its working via GA4 as the conversions are often linked to the app. Dan in customer service always comes back to me if there are any issues and gets things resolved promptly.
