i installed it and unisntalled it but didnt forget to remove them from my website, they manupulated my account and started to make charges on mewta and other app, they are not good people
We’re sorry for any confusion. After reviewing your billing details, the only charge from Foxify was $1 USD on the PILOT plan, which followed Shopify’s standard billing process.
You activated the 7-day free trial, and the charge was applied after it ended.
Foxify, like other third-party apps, cannot manipulate charges or bill for other apps - all payments are handled by Shopify. We have also reached out to you directly to clarify the details.
