We've reached out to you directly and were glad to clarify what happened. The charge you mentioned was generated by Shopify's subscription billing system, not by Foxify. Since the subscription was canceled after a new billing cycle had already begun, Shopify processed that billing cycle according to its app subscription policy.
We completely understand how this could be confusing, so our team explained the billing process and has also worked with you to resolve the issue.

I was struggling to fully understand some aspects of the responsive design and decided to reach out to Foxify’s support team. Not only did they jump in quickly to help fix the issue, but they also went the extra mile by recording a custom video so I could learn from the process.
