The app does have limitations if you’re trying to build sections from scratch or advanced layouts/animations, but for most cases it’s enough to put together a clean and good-looking website. It’s straightforward to use and feels quite intuitive. What really makes the difference, though, is the incredible support team. They’re quick to respond and always ready to help, whether it’s fixing an issue, answering questions, or even helping with customisations that require a bit of code. They really do go the extra mile!

Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, da es nicht möglich ist ein Standard Blog Template zu erstellen und auf mehrere Blogs anzuwenden. Man muss mittels der App jeden BlogBeitrag separat gestalten.

I reeeeally wanted to give Foxify 5-stars. Brian and Zuri have been great at addressing and fixing my issues and I believe they will keep working out the kinks that I am finding.

This app offers a lot in the way of customization options. While it is not the easiest app to learn, it is intuitive enough to figure out. My main issues have been with certain app embeds not working and how to apply my global styles options to some functions. But when I do come across these issues, customer support is quick to fix things for me.

Because of the plethora of options and the fantastic support, I would give them 5-stars if it wasn’t for one thing. There have been a couple times where crucial things that had been working stopped working and essentially broke my product pages. Since things were working, I would have assumed they would continue to do so. Luckily, I have been checking my site a lot since I am still figuring out the app so I discovered the issues. Had I been satisfied and not checked, I may not have discovered the problems before losing sales because of them. Still, the issues were quickly resolved once I notified support.

I hope Foxify continues to improve and I can leave a 5-star review in the future. If I didn’t think they were trying to improve, then I would find something else.

App is good so far. There are some minor inconveniences like how some settings are difficult to find and that there are some missing functionalities, but they doesn't take away the value you get from the app. Overall, its a great app if you want the freedom to design with your shopify store.

Original free plan now paid. Basically sucked you in for 3 free pages and now you have to pay to keep them.

Edit: The company has reached out multiple times and recently offered a solution with three years free of service, possibly as an attempt to address my review.

Foxify have a nice customer support, I am impressed they help me a lot and looking forward to help me along the way

Great and very quick help and fixed my form, but we didn't know what was wrong with the original form I had setup. And annoying that we can't have two different submission emails on the site but that is shopify issue not Foxify :)
