I was really so well helped by linh. I gave her access to my website and she immediately checked with me and adjusted everything for me. Super happy with Foxkit, really recommend it. The theme is also super good and you can really do a lot with it.

Unfortunately, some of the advertised features are not working as expected, despite support previously confirming their availability before installation.

This has resulted in a significant waste of time on our end, and we're quite disappointed with how things have unfolded.

Awesome customer support!
I installed FoxKit to get a "notify me" button for out of stock product. The text could not be translated in local languages for my international customers. I was considering installing the app and thought I would give the technical support team a chance to fix it. Usually, customer support team take not of the issue but rarely fix it.
Here, the technical team was able to fix the issue within hours!
So five start technical support.
Now, I remove a star because that type of bug should be seen and fixed by the dev team before the app is released.
