I want to start this review by giving a huge shout-out to Brian from the support team. I use many apps on my store, but I have honestly never encountered customer service of this quality. Brian was fast, accurate, and truly proactive. He didn't just answer my questions; he solved problems immediately and even helped with custom code tweaks that went well beyond the standard scope of the app.

As for the app itself—it’s a powerhouse. It solved multiple challenges for me in one go, replacing several other apps that previously failed to deliver. Even though I don’t have Shopify Plus, FoxEcom has enabled me to run high-level Upsells and professional Pre-order campaigns that were simply impossible for me before. Everything I've tested so far works perfectly. Highly recommended!
