After upgrading to a paid plan, you get access to live-chat support—and it’s stellar. The team is quick, friendly and genuinely committed to solving any issue.
What holds the app back are the tight plan limits. On the €14 tier you’re capped at just 10 product bundles or 10 related-product blocks, which barely scratches the surface for a larger catalogue. Jumping to the unlimited plan costs around €90, a steep lift for young brands. I don’t recall the limits being this strict when I first installed the app, so that change feels disappointing.
That said, the mega-menu and several other features work beautifully, so overall I’d give it 3 / 5 stars—great support and solid tools, but restrictive pricing.
