At The Picturalist (thepicturalist.com), we've been selling custom framed art online since 2016. Before discovering Frame-Up, we invested significant time and money developing our own frame visualization system. While it worked, it was never as accurate, flexible, or user-friendly as we wanted it to be.
Frame-Up has been a game changer for our business. It offers virtually every feature a custom framing company could ask for, making it easy for customers to visualize different frame styles, mats, and presentations with confidence. The quality of the application is outstanding, but what truly sets it apart is the level of customer support.
Charlie, the owner, is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the success of his customers. It's rare to find a software company where the founder is so engaged and continually improving the product based on real user feedback.
I can recommend Frame-Up without hesitation to anyone in the custom framing, photography, or wall art industry. It has become an essential part of our business, and in my opinion, it is the benchmark for online framing visualization software.

The Frame Up app was a game changer for our art e-commerce! Something I estimated would take around 180 hours to produce 15,000 mockups—between background-free images and staged frames—the app does automatically in seconds.
