Hi there! The support link on our Shopify listing page is the best way to get in touch. To answer your question - the slider sets the sensitivity for the app. When shopify rates an order as high-risk, there is a number on the backend (that you don't normally see) associated with how fraudulent they believe the order is - we expose this value in the app in your order history. So the more sensitive, the more orders will be cancelled. The less sensitive, the less orders will be cancelled. Sometimes Shopify can rate an order high-risk that's not actually fraudulent, so the app gives you the ability to control, with more nuance, how aggressively high-risk orders are cancelled. If you are seeing orders come through that you think should have been cancelled, just bump up the sensitivity a little in the app. It may take a few adjustments before you find the perfect value for your store.

Business-saving app! I sell print on demand products and had a customer use a stolen card to order a bunch of product. I missed the fraud alert in Shopify and, after the chargeback fees, shipping and cost of goods, I was out almost $150 when the order was charged back! That would have been enough to pay for this app for a year! If I had the app installed it would have cancelled and refunded automatically. I don't mess around now - will keep fraud crusher installed on all my stores from now on!
