Useless App Shopify used to offer billing doesn't match shipping or order declined now they take away any fraud protection and give this joke of an app. We will be off shopify very soon!

That being said, if you're looking for fraud protection, then we'd recommend taking a look at Signifyd (https://bit.ly/3cMDt9u). Signifyd offers revenue protection as well as abuse prevention. This is a Great app to block orders from all fraudolent customers. you can choose Multiple way to block. Give a try!
I used this app and the orders are being identified as fraudulent, but I'm not getting any warnings in the Shopify admin, can you check please?
I'm sorry to hear that you've had this issue but thank you for notifying us of the issue here. The Fraud Filter app can be used to set rules on cancelling and flagging orders based on certain criteria set by the merchant, but Shopify also offers a risk analysis on orders that automatically flags orders of a certain risk based on a number of factors. Terrible, does not block any order regardless of the method you use, email name etc..

The app does not work at all. The filters do not block any orders. The app has been a complete waste of time.
The app does not block customers from placing orders. At the most. It may flag them. Meanwhile... Shopify, your cc, Paypal... All get to keep the fees on the order.
I installed this because the app is advertised as being able to "block" a customer from ordering, but that is false advertising. You can only cancel the order or send yourself a warning. So I uninstalled it. Absolutely terrible.

Simple app - does what it says. Helpful for detecting 'risky' transactions so they can be further investigated. For a free app it works well and does what is says on the box!
