Pathetic App. Do not use this app. This app will definitely cancel your orders but will not reverse/refund the amount.

When setting up rules for Fraud Filter, there is an additional option that allows you to 'Refund transaction amount' and refund the order. This app is terrible. The filters it allows you to stop orders are completely unhelpful - unless you happen to know the exact email address, IP address or other specific information that the criminal will use, it doesn't help. I'm not sure why it's designed this way because its a Shopify app and Shopify is actually very good at flagging fraud orders. But it doesn't allow you to automatically block or cancel orders that it believes are fraudulent.
Terrible, does not block any order regardless of the method you use, email name etc..

When you set up this app, you have the option of either automatically cancelling the order, in which case Shopify sends a notification to the customer (but not your admin), or you can set it to warn your admin about a fraudulent order. You can't set it to do both. I don't see why an app would notify the customer and not the seller.

Horrible app. It definitely doesn't do enough for you and has not enough flexibility. I lost money using this app rather than it helping me. I'd highly suggest that you do this yourself than rely on this app that is poorly constructed and designed to have you actual fail more.
Won't install (gives a 404 error)
Would love to give it a positive review, but it hasn't stopped any fraudulent orders dispute setting it up to block certain emails, it's let them all through costing me money in charge backs. Useless.
It keeps cancelling orders that are not fraudulent and have nothing to do with the rules I created.
I've added 2 filters (email and Browser IP) but both are not working. Please fix it or delete this app.
