Automatically cancel high-risk orders

Fraud Killer saves you from accidentally fulfilling fraudulent orders - automatically. We automatically cancel 'high-risk' orders, send a cancellation confirmation to the customer (optional), restock the inventory, and refund/void the customer's payment (if any). Save time by not having to manually comb through orders in your Shopify admin dashboard.

Why do I need Fraud Killer?

While Shopify automatically flags high-risk orders for you, it doesn't cancel them - you still have to go through your list of orders manually to find and cancel the ones flagged as 'high risk'. Fraud Killer takes care of this for you - automatically.

How does it work?

Whenever you receive a new order, we check it based on Shopify's fraud analysis. If it's a high risk-order, we automatically cancel it, refund/void the payment (if any), restock your inventory, and email a cancellation confirmation to you and the customer (optional).

This app seems like a must-have, it should probably be one of the first apps you install. would definitely recommend it

We unfortunately had an incident where a customer bought goods for a substantial amount and goods were dispatched. Your app allowed us to get a great deal of information that we could pass onto the police. The police were super impressed with the information we could provide them and did not just leave our case in pile. They have enough data to pursue the case.

What more is there to say? I love Shopify so I love their apps. I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Shopify - they help make me a better merchant!
