Great app and great customer service! Definitely recommend using it!
This app makes it very easy to deal with fraud orders and is a huge time saver so now I don't have to manually cancel orders. Very easy to use and would highly recommend!

If you get hit with chargebacks, this is a must.
While shopify will block any high risk order anyway, this fraud filter cancels the payment so you don't get a chargeback. It also emails the customer on the email they checked out with to inform them its cancelled.
Very important if you sell digital items.
This APP is a must if you are targeted by scammers.

Very easy to setup, and complete peace of mind with it automatically blocking fraud orders. We were slow to respond to a high risk order placed on a weekend when we were away prior to using this app and had issues with Shopify payments. We've had no such problems since. More than satisfied and worth the money.
FraudBlock Fraud Prevention will cancel the order and refund the customer but with 3rd party fulfillment networks that fulfill immediately after the order is placed, doesn't detect. I lost $3,000+ depending on this app to do this job when I should have done my own due diligence.
FraudBlock sends a "cancel fulfillment" request to all third-party fulfillment providers via Shopify. If the fulfillment provider doesn't respect this request, they would need to fix their fulfillment service implementation, there's unfortunately nothing we can do to fix someone else's code.
Very good app for blocking unacceptable customers
This app has helped us so much since we installed it on our Shopify store! We had several fraudulent orders coming in each month, and since downloading, FraudBlock has caught each one and cancelled it for us, saving us so much time, worry, and money due to chargebacks that could have been prevented. The developer was also extremely helpful and friendly with quick replies both times we reached out for help. 10/10!
This app worked flawlessly to immediately block orders that were marked as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent. Then you can decide how you want to proceed once you review the order details. It really helps keep the orders clean!
The app is amazing and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this app to help reduce headaches with fraudsters.
