While shopify will block any high risk order anyway, this fraud filter cancels the payment so you don't get a chargeback. It also emails the customer on the email they checked out with to inform them its cancelled.

Very easy to setup, and complete peace of mind with it automatically blocking fraud orders. This app worked flawlessly to immediately block orders that were marked as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent. Then you can decide how you want to proceed once you review the order details. It really helps keep the orders clean!
