Simple app for Transactional fraud checks, cost effective and very responsive support staff.
Could not recommend more.
Free advice : don't bother....overpriced, not reliable service.
Some bugs ( ex. after review order , automatically capture the payment, regardless of order status - such order is not fulfilled yet ). Tons of false alarms, overpriced for simple database software. Update : still no response for reported issues, while app continue crappy service : 'internal server error' , false fraud triggering. Again : this is totally worthless.
Can you email us, support@fraudlabspro.com, the details of the issues? So that we can assist you with the issues, maybe it's just a configuration matter.
The FlaudLabs Pro app has been an excellent addition to the Reinforced Bed Company's website, giving us more protection/security in mind for both us and our customers.
Love the app. Makes me feel so much more secure about preventing fraud. Easy to use.
So far so good - tested a few others and Fraudlabs definitely has the most options for rules. Would recommend to anyone facing issues with charge backs.
