Chated Email Popup

I like this app but found an issue. When you collect both email address and first name via this app, it captures all the information however it does not sync the first names in the customers section on Shopify, only the email gets synced. The first names are left in the app's subscriber directory.

Hello, I just installed this app on my store. Easy to install and Configure. However, in my testing I do not see the emails flowing into my "customers" list. Is this by design? Thanks!

I am not seeing an "x" button on either my mobile device or destop which allows customers to escape if they choose not to sign up for the mailing list. Please help with this. Besides that, great app.

I like the app but the close x button doesnt work for mobile. It would make me happier if this issue could be fixed!

Just installed this after looking for the perfect popup app for several days now. This really seems to do the trick in a simple and easy way.
And so far it works perfectly.
I love that it's super easy to set up and the design is simple and elegant. Just what I wanted!

Great, simple and free app. But can't get pop up to show on our store. Tried many browsers, devices and users. Cognito mode, clear cookies etc.
Just won't show!

Looks like a good app, but the pop up won't show on our store. Have tried Firefox and Chrome, desktop and mobile (with the cache deleted) and nothing.
