Fokkio Free Gift With Purchase

The customer service is fantastic and overall I like this app a lot. My only issue is that ShipStation does not import the "Free Gift" at $0 and it shows up as a full price item on invoices printed through ShipStation. This caused an issue for us since customer's thought they were still being charged. We solved this by putting the Free Gift at $0 (rather than with a discount price) so it's imported into ShipStation at 0$ and the developers were able to edit the code so that the free gift cannot be added to cart outside the app adding it to cart.

The team helped us set everything up properly and made the whole process much easier. They have been very patient with all of our questions, always respond quickly, and make sure every issue is fully resolved.

We really appreciate their support and the overall reliability of the app. It has been a great experience working with them.

This app is the only one we could find that could exclude purchases with a certain type of product. The advance conditions are very robust and Fokkio helped me figure out what logic I needed to make it work. The interface is user friendly and the customer service is amazing!
