When we brought up a bug/feature request—specifically the popup notice remaining after an item was removed—they immediately committed to working on it and delivered a solution quickly (implementing an auto-close timer and resolving a cart-closing issue). They were also highly responsive to feedback, promptly adjusting the auto-close delay from 2 to 8 seconds upon request. Their speed and flexibility in making additions and changes were crucial to meeting our objectives.
