Never been appalled at the lack of training their support team has - simple troubleshooting and they cannot figure out how to manage an app. They just ignore the problem when bigger problems arise. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Customer service could be better. The fact that they can't change a number out of its decimal is a little odd to me especially since another app was able to for me.
