simple and useful. But you are required to make comment minimum 100 character to keep using free version. After all it is useful.

The app is good but it lacks individual Geo targeting for each country to work at the same time.

IE:
- Free Shipping Bar one: Free Shipping in the US (active)
- Free Shipping Bar two: Worldwide shipping to any other countries on orders over $60 (active)
