This is an interesting way to promote more sales. fRee ship is a major motivator. People hate to pay for shipping.

i have just added this to my shop , it was easy to follow and install ,the part i wish was included in the basic or free would have been the currency converter

The FSB notification bar won't appear randomly and for some people ( shopify support) not at all!

Also, I had it positioned above some links and even after it timed out/disappeared the links were still unclickable. I fixed this by changing the banner position.

So a little erratic, for me at least but overall pretty good.

Convenient option to create incentive and works better than shopify integrated bar. Would definitely recommend.
