We have just decided to offer free shipping over £30 and needed a way to advertise the fact. I tried adding the text on to the header but it did not look particularly pretty. After some research i found out about this app and wow i am glad i did. I can tell you that it is vvery easy to set up and add to your site and it looks and works absolutely amazing.
